A recent report showed that per capita spending on Public Health (47th place) and excessive drinking rate (1st place) have landed the state of Wisconsin a meager 23rd place among U.S. states. The annual report known as America's Health Rankings shows a decline from 7th in 1990 to a low of 24th place in 2015. All rankings since 2013 have been 20th or lower.

This is the perfect sign that we should be alarmed of. If the rate of excessive drinking has been listed in Wisconsin, then it’s about time for the leaders of the said state to make some actions controlling this problems. It’s not enough that they are just aware of the problem because a solution is highly needed. I would be happy to know if the leaders are making some actions towards it.
