I guess, the government of Wisconsin has to come up with a solution to a problem that remains unsolved. Binge drinking has never been a good thing for a society that is trying to be a good image for everyone. Wisconsin is a reputable state; but it is not perfect because of an issue like this. But I am pretty sure that the government knows how to listen and they will surely address the problem as soon as possible.
